The bamboo has been hand spun and -dyed in South Africa.
Only low impact dyes are used that have been approved by the EU for environmental safety.
We do not cancel orders. We will however exchange an item for a different colour if needed. Cost of such an exchange (if any) will be for the buyer.
All measures are taken to ensure that items correspond to the description. Please keep in mind that every item is hand dyed and slight differences in colouring are possible.
