Shipping Policy

Shipping can be arranged by courier, postal services or personal pickup. Items are packaged in bubble envelopes and packaging that is water proof.

Costs are calculated according to weight and size of parcels. Shipping is mostly done between Monday and Friday but not on public holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the fact that we pay our knitters when a purchase happens, we do not cancel orders. We will however exchange an item for a different size or colour if needed. Cost of such an exchange (if any) will be for the buyer.

All measures are taken to ensure that items correspond to the description. Please keep in mind that every item is hand knitted and slight differences in sizing are possible.
